جمعية المرأة للتنمية تشارك في جلسة حوارية لتعزيز الشراكة المؤسسية وتمكين المرأة

شاركت جمعية المرأة للتنمية اليوم في محافظة مأرب، عبر الاتصال المرئي، في الجلسة الحوارية التي نظمتها شبكة المنظمات النسائية، تحت عنوان:

“نحو شراكة مؤسسية فاعلة لتعزيز قضايا المرأة وتمكينها”

وجاءت هذه الجلسة بتنظيم من شبكة المنظمات النسائية، وبمشاركة واسعة من قيادات العمل المدني والنسائي وممثلي منظمات المجتمع المدني.

وناقشت الجلسة عدداً من القضايا المتعلقة بتمكين المرأة اقتصادياً وسياسياً، والاحتياجات الإنسانية للنساء، مع التأكيد على إعطاء الأولوية لدعم النساء النازحات والفاقدات للمعيل، والعمل على إيجاد آلية تنسيق مؤسسية مستدامة تسهم في تبني قضايا المرأة وتعزيز حضورها في مختلف المجالات.

ومن جانبها، عبرت جمعية المرأة للتنمية عن بالغ سعادتها بالمشاركة في هذا اللقاء المثمر، مثمنةً الجهود التي تبذلها وزارة شؤون المرأة، ومشيدةً بطرح معالي الوزيرة وتفاعلها الكبير مع القضايا الميدانية والاحتياجات الملحّة للنساء، بما يعكس حرص الوزارة على بناء شراكات فاعلة مع منظمات المجتمع المدني.

وخلال الجلسة، أكدت معالي وزيرة شؤون المرأة الدكتورة عهد جعسوس سعي الوزارة لتبني قضايا المرأة اليمنية، ووقوفها إلى جانب النساء باعتبار قضاياهن أولوية وطنية وإنسانية، مشددةً على أهمية تعزيز التنسيق والتكامل بين الجهات الرسمية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني لتحقيق أثر مستدام في مسار تمكين المرأة اليمنية.

“The Woman Foundation for Development Participates in a Panel Discussion to Enhance Institutional Partnership and Women’s Empowerment”

Today, via video conference in Marib Governorate, the Woman Foundation for Development participated in a panel discussion organized by the Women’s Organizations Network, titled:
​”Towards an Effective Institutional Partnership to Promote Women’s Issues and Empowerment.”

​The session was organized by the Women’s Organizations Network, featuring broad participation from civil society and women’s rights leaders, as well as representatives from various civil society organizations.

​The discussion addressed several key issues related to the economic and political empowerment of women, alongside their humanitarian needs. Participants emphasized the priority of supporting displaced women and female heads of households, while working to establish a sustainable institutional coordination mechanism that contributes to championing women’s issues and enhancing their presence in various fields.
​For its part, the Woman Foundation for Development expressed its deep pleasure in participating in this fruitful meeting. The Association highly valued the efforts of the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, praising Her Excellency the Minister’s presentation and her significant engagement with field issues and the urgent needs of women—reflecting the Ministry’s commitment to building effective partnerships with civil society organizations.
​During the session, Her Excellency the Minister of Women’s Affairs, Dr. Ahd Jasous, affirmed the Ministry’s commitment to championing the issues of Yemeni women and standing by them, considering their causes a national and humanitarian priority. She strictly emphasized the importance of enhancing coordination and integration between official authorities and civil society organizations to achieve a sustainable impact in the journey toward empowering Yemeni women.
