القيادة التنفيذية بجمعية المرأة للتنمية تشارك في دورة تدريبية حول “إدارة المخاطر”

في إطار حرصها على تعزيز القدرات المؤسسية وتطوير كوادرها القيادية، شاركت القيادة التنفيذية بجمعية المرأة للتنمية في الدورة التدريبية التي نظمتها شبكة المنظمات النسائية بعنوان “إدارة المخاطر”.

واستهدفت الدورة أعضاء القيادات الإدارية في الجمعيات ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، وهدفت إلى تنمية مهارات المشاركين في مجال تحديد المخاطر المحتملة وتحليلها وتقييمها، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على الأساليب العلمية لوضع الخطط والإجراءات المناسبة للتعامل معها والحد من آثارها.

وأكدت جمعية المرأة للتنمية أن هذه المشاركة تأتي ضمن أولوياتها لبناء قدرات كوادرها ورفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي، بما يسهم في تنفيذ البرامج والمشاريع الإنسانية والتنموية بكفاءة وفعالية أكبر، ويعزز من استدامة العمل وقدرة الجمعية على مواجهة التحديات المختلفة.

​”The Executive Leadership of the Woman Foundation for Development participates in a training course on ‘Risk Management’.”

​Within the framework of its commitment to enhancing institutional capacities and developing its leadership cadres, the Executive Leadership of the Woman Foundation for Development participated in a training course organized by the Women’s Organizations Network, titled “Risk Management.”

​The course targeted members of administrative leadership in associations and civil society organizations (CSOs). It aimed to develop participants’ skills in identifying, analyzing, and assessing potential risks, as well as introducing scientific methods to design appropriate plans and procedures to mitigate and manage their impact.

​The Woman Foundation for Development emphasized that this participation aligns with its top priorities to build the capacity of its staff and elevate institutional performance. This, in turn, contributes to executing humanitarian and developmental programs and projects with greater efficiency and effectiveness, while enhancing work sustainability and the association’s ability to navigate various challenges.
