جمعية المرأة للتنمية تشارك في دورة تدريبية لتعزيز قدرات القيادات المحلية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني.

شاركت جمعية المرأة للتنمية في الدورة التدريبية التي أُقيمت في محافظة مأرب، والتي نظمتها أوكسفام ضمن برنامج «بناء أصوات قوية من أجل تغيير حقيقي» بتمويل من التعاون البلجيكي – المديرية العامة للتعاون التنموي والمساعدات الإنسانية.

وهدفت الدورة إلى تمكين القيادات المحلية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني وتعزيز معارفهم ومهاراتهم العملية في مجال تصميم وتنفيذ حملات مناصرة قائمة على الأدلة، بما يسهم في تعزيز قدرتهم على التأثير في القرارات والسياسات، والمساهمة في تحسين حياة المجتمعات المتأثرة بالأزمات.

وتأتي مشاركة الجمعية في إطار حرصها على بناء قدرات كوادرها وتعزيز دورها المؤسسي والمجتمعي، وتطوير أدوات المناصرة والتأثير بما يخدم قضايا المجتمع ويعزز الاستجابة للاحتياجات الإنسانية والتنموية.

The Woman Foundation for Development participates in a training course to enhance the capacities of local leaders and civil society organizations*

Woman Foundation for Development (WFD) participated in a training workshop held in Marib Governorate, organized by Oxfam as part of the “Building Strong Voices for Real Change” program, funded by the Belgian Development Cooperation – Directorate-General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid (DGD).

The training aimed to empower local leaders and civil society organizations by enhancing their practical knowledge and skills in designing and implementing evidence-based advocacy campaigns, ultimately strengthening their ability to influence decision-making and policies to help improve the lives of crisis-affected communities.

The Association’s participation reflects its commitment to building staff capacity, strengthening its institutional and community role, and developing advocacy and impact tools to serve community issues and enhance response to humanitarian and development needs.
