leadership cadres, the Executive Leadership of the Woman Foundation for Development participated in a training course organized by the Women&#8217;s Organizations Network, titled &#8220;Risk Management.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u200bThe course targeted members of administrative leadership in associations and civil society organizations (CSOs). It aimed to develop participants&#8217; skills in identifying, analyzing, and assessing potential risks, as well as introducing scientific methods to design appropriate plans and procedures to mitigate and manage their impact.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bThe Woman Foundation for Development emphasized that this participation aligns with its top priorities to build the capacity of its staff and elevate institutional performance.
